we paid to find out . The rest of the information is an added
bonus. Once again thank you for all your help and if we ever

Your professionally presented

expected, not only with the double lineages, but with the
provision of details that give much cause for family
speculation. I would never have discovered this particular James

I will ask for your help again if I run into another brick wall.

You conducted a wonderful research for me before
Xmas about my great grandfather Simson Reid. I was extremely pleased with the results.I
was wondering if you had time to conduct another search for me.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for finding
out about the McAllister family for my Granddad. I took him to Govan when he was here, and he was like a kid at Christmas -I've never seen him so happy!
We went to the street that his father was born in, and there was a pub on
the corner that was there when the family lived locally. We went in for a
drink, and the landlord gave us a picture of the place taken in 1905! We
then went to a coffee shop over the road to get out of the cold, and the
shop had been there and in the same family since 1870, so the current owner
took out the old photo album and we spent a good hour in there looking
through old photo's!! Thanks again, and thanks for giving my Granddad the best Christmas present!

Thank you so much for your help, my mother has been trying
to get hold of William Henry Kirkwood's birth certificate for
several years. We may have other enquiries at some stage as both
my mother and father's families both come from Scotland

Your package arrived yesterday. It proved to be interesting reading. I think my great-grand aunt Ann
Anderson was a most 'interesting' person. What I would like to do
now is find out if I have any cousins still living in the area.
That would thrill me to no end. I have a cousin ,another great-grand daughter of
Aleck, who wants to take a trip to Scotland, with me of course, to meet our family.
Again, many many thanks for all your hard work.

We just received the report that you prepared for us. Very interesting to read and much
appreciated. You mention that you might be able to go further back
and clarify the origin of Barbara Stephen's name, etc. We
definitely would be interested.
