I very much appreciate your
prompt attention and the attractive set of documents you have
provided. When Robert Greenlaw and his family came to New
Brunswick in 1840 he established himself as the blacksmith in a
lovely little Loyalist town called Hampton. My generation knew
nothing of the beginnings of this Scottish branch of our tree.
This week I will forward the information to my family members in

grandmother Agnes having a twin brother......
Received the latest McGuire report

Re the research on the George Stewart family, did Euphemia Baxter have a sister? Ever since we received your report we've
been studying the map of Scotland. I had no idea there was such profound French connection: Fraserburgh founded by a man from Anjou, France. This whole thing is getting out of hand. I think our trip to Scotland may be more like a month than a week.
We are delighted with the information received from you and I am presently busy bringing our
Family Tree up to date with the Hamilton data

Cheryl D. Schram (Campbell),
You conducted a wonderful research for me before
Xmas about my great grandfather Simson Reid. I was extremely pleased with the results.I
was wondering if you had time to conduct another search for me.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for finding
out about the McAllister family for my Granddad. I took him to Govan when he was here, and he was like a kid at Christmas -I've never seen him so happy!
We went to the street that his father was born in, and there was a pub on
the corner that was there when the family lived locally. We went in for a
drink, and the landlord gave us a picture of the place taken in 1905! We
then went to a coffee shop over the road to get out of the cold, and the
shop had been there and in the same family since 1870, so the current owner
took out the old photo album and we spent a good hour in there looking
through old photo's!! Thanks again, and thanks for giving my Granddad the best Christmas present!
Thank you so much for your help, my mother has been trying
to get hold of William Henry Kirkwood's birth certificate for
several years. We may have other enquiries at some stage as both
my mother and father's families both come from Scotland
Debbie Smart, New Zealand
Your package arrived yesterday. It proved to be interesting reading. I think my great-grand aunt Ann
Anderson was a most 'interesting' person. What I would like to do
now is find out if I have any cousins still living in the area.
That would thrill me to no end. I have a cousin ,another great-grand daughter of
Aleck, who wants to take a trip to Scotland, with me of course, to meet our family.
Again, many many thanks for all your hard work.

taken me back another two generations and made a lot of
unrelated information on the Gilberts fall into place.
Everything ties in including the Glasgow reference which now
makes perfect sense.

I thank you very much for your help with the Sellars
family ancestry research, Brian - the report made very
interesting reading! My mother would now like to go on to see if
we can find out the dates that her grandparents and aunts and
uncles died, if possible.
Diane Lewis, England
My father will get much enjoyment reading about his family.
He only remembered small amounts about his family, as with his
mother dying 7 days after he was born, his Aunts raised him, not
having contact with his own father till much later in life.
Pat Linford, England
Thank you very much for the work you did in preparing the
report on James Law. Both my parents and I are thrilled to put
another piece of the jigsaw in place. We will most certainly
keep searching through you as our next step is to find out about
James' daughters and their families as well as his parents
Keith Law, Australia
I have been telling people what a
wonderful source you folks are. Many people I know doing
Scottish research are at a brick wall and I have mentioned and
showed them what wonderful results I have gotten since I found
you folks. Many Thanks!

My mum was delighted with the report.
She would like you to carry on this research. She sends
her thanks and regards and would
like you to know that she has been
totally happy with all researches done so far because it
has been a dream of hers for a long time now to find out more
about her roots. Thanks again.

I have been looking for a long
time to find out about John, my great, great Grandfather and
have spent many, many hours trying to trace his wife and any
other children and you have answered the missing link to my
family very quickly, I wish I had known about Scot Roots

I received your research
yesterday. Thank you very much, I truly appreciate the family

Thanks for the information you
sent concerning my ancestor John Patrick. I was very pleased
with the presentation as well. Are you now able to go further
back than James Patrick and Janet Chalmers of the 1760's ? *

The report arrived this morning.
It is fascinating.
Hope you are well and thanks
again for the work you did for us. My brother in law wants to

relatives are in Canada now and they were all enthralled with

The presentation was very nice and
professional. Thank you very much - I have found it very
interesting as I did not know anything about them. I would like
to pursue the ancestry further back if you can manage to find
out any more. I find it is absolutely fascinating. So glad
up to now nothing sinister has turned up!!
Isobel De La Mothe, England
We have been able to really study
it, and yes it all makes sense, and in the proper order too.
More information than I had hoped for. It is great to finally
have it all sorted out. It makes for a really good story for all
the family to enjoy. Thanks once again for clearing up the
doubts, and if I need any more work done, I will be sure to ask

Just received the certificates and
transcripts in the mail. Thank you, it looks wonderful. It does
answer so many questions we had about them
Retha Amadio, USA
Scot-Roots presentation of the
information to me was of the highest standard, and I have been
totally delighted with all their help. Nothing has been too much
bother - they have gone out of their way to be extremely
helpful, and I consider the money very well spent.
I had no idea where to start except the person was born in
Ayrshire but they traced him. They have helped me to track my
birth line (as both my late husband and I were adopted) and as I
have now finished my line, I will get them to help me with Des's
birth line. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Pamela Ferry, New Zealand
I have just received the research
report on my grandfather. That is a lot of information to
gather. Can't tell you how grateful I am. I now know more now
than my parents ever did. You did a great job!!
Annie Fairchild , Canada
I was very pleased to receive your
report and am very grateful to be able to associate with my
roots. It is very gratifying for me to receive this history and
background and will share it with other family here in Canada.
